Job summary

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study; no prior experience or training necessary.
• Interested in long‑term commitment with Buckle.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, and basic POS procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and exchange procedures.
• Support store management and learn how Buckle's retail business operates.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and maintaining a clean fitting room and sales floor.
• Participate in internship duties and reporting to Area/Store Manager.
