Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver legendary service.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandise display, and store cleaning.
• Learn Buckle's sales processes and loyalty programs.
• Support management in onboarding and training.
• Assist with inventory and POS procedures.
