Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Interest in a long-term commitment with Buckle.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service while learning Buckle’s customer service expectations.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Participate in internship duties including orientation, leadership development, and recruiting/hiring sections of the Buckle Management Manual.
• Develop an understanding of Buckle’s products, sales presentation and merchandising process.
• Lead and motivate the team by tracking department or company tools and contribute to a positive floor culture.
