Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Utah to support sales, merchandising and store operations while learning leadership skills. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, POS use, and completing internship duties, with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle
• No visa sponsorship is available

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, legendary service attitude and help meet sales goals.
• Assist with merchandise display, pulls, and store organization.
• Handle cashiering, register procedures, and POS operations.
• Support store management and learning related to Buckle’s retail business.
• Complete internship duties including training modules and progress reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
