Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. offers a Sales and Management Intern position in Salt Lake City, UT. You will support sales, merchandising and store operations while learning how Buckle’s retail business works and what it takes to excel in management.

Work closely with the Store Manager to gain hands-on experience in customer service, cashiering, displays, and daily store routines. No prior experience required; pursuing a bachelor's degree is preferred for this internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while achieving sales goals.
• Assist with merchandise display, pulls, and stock readiness.
• Operate cash registers and manage POS procedures accurately and securely.
• Support store management in training, onboarding, and developing teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
