Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support guest service, merchandising and daily store operations in our El Paso, TX location. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail model and leadership expectations.

The internship covers sales generation, guest service excellence, and introductory leadership responsibilities, with hands-on training and regular performance feedback from management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled, suitable for an internship.
• Flexibility to learn across sales, merchandising, and operations.
• Interest in a long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving guest service goals and drive sales performance.
• Support merchandising displays, product pulls, and POS procedures.
• Perform store operations duties and loss prevention basics.
• Provide weekly progress updates to Area/District Managers.
