Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in El Paso, TX to gain hands-on experience in retail operations, merchandising, and guest service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn what it takes to excel in Buckle's management path while performing everyday store tasks.

This internship offers exposure to cash handling, product presentation, scheduling, and customer engagement. Pursuing a four-year degree is encouraged, with opportunities to develop leadership skills

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service while learning Buckle's sales process.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandising, and store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to understand Buckle's retail business and management paths.
• Support internship program tasks and team development.
