Experience in retail, strong communication, and ability to multitask are essential. The position offers evening and weekend availability and competitive hourly pay in the $18.00–$24.70 range.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; strong customer service skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficient with store technology and point-of-sale devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching to store associates for floor operations.
• Oversee checkout experience and customer service standards.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and scheduling with the right coverage.
• Support merchandise flow, omni-channel operations, and stock management.
