PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join the Chicago Ridge team. You will drive sales on the floor and in the stockroom, coach associates, and deliver outstanding in-store experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include developing staff, ensuring efficient operations, and guiding product launches and visual standards. This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience recommended.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physical ability to perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Coach and train associates to ensure efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Management to provide feedback on performance.
• Train associates on policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Execute daily store operations and maintain excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including replenishment and omni-channel tasks.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
