PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader at the Chicago Ridge store. You will drive on-floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, and deliver a great in-store experience for customers.

The role requires strong communication, 1 year retail experience, and proficiency with iPad and POS. Availability nights/weekends is required. Competitive hourly pay: $18.05–$24.80, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail experience required.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations and checkout experience.
• Manage merchandise flow and omni-channel operations in-store.
• Build schedules to ensure great customer experiences and appropriate coverage.
• Lead customer service and product knowledge to support sales goals.
