Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Novi, MI to guide the store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies.

You will act as the brand ambassador in the local market and drive loyaltythrough community engagement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, outstanding communication, and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• A dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching, and developing team members.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Feedback is a gift! Able to give and receive feedback to maintain high-performance standards.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Team-oriented; fosters collaboration and growth.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Able to transport stock, lifting cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 or older.

• Enforces sales strategies and growth across all categories.
