Squishable is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to join a close-knit store leadership team in Austin, TX. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team, and create an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan.

The role requires a natural leader who is organized, customer-focused, and confident in interactions with customers and staff alike. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory retail experience, with strong communication and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, creative customer-facing environment.
• Dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering and motivating team members.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in driving sales and developing the team.
• Enforces sales strategies and growth across all categories.
• Maintains product knowledge of Squishable in-store items.
• Supervises daily, weekly and monthly tasks to meet goals.
