Responsibilities

• Oversee store opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding with high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members and ensure policy compliance.
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising to align with brand directives.
