The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and is proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers. Availability includes nights and weekends, with physical requirements met, to support a fast-paced environment.

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Partner with Store Management to feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results.
• Oversee daily store operations and checkout experience.
• Assist with merchandise flow and omni-channel operations.
• Lead in delivering great in-store customer experiences.
