Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing associate productivity and guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Lead and coach team to meet KPI targets and service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop associates to maintain staffing and performance.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement.
• Maintain daily visual and operational standards including merchandise placement and fitting rooms.
