Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to energize the store team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As Leader on Duty, you’ll drive daily operations, coaching associates and leading with AE’s Guest First culture to hit sales targets.

You’ll recruit, train and develop talent, supervise visual standards, ensure safety and loss prevention, and partner with Store Leadership to maximize KPI results and guest loyalty every shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values and Rock AE service standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards and adhere to company policies.
