- Lead and train store associates to deliver exceptional guest experience.
- Maximize sales by optimizing fittings room and salesfloor productivity.
- Model AEO service standards and hold team accountable.
- Recruit and develop talent to meet store needs.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Leadership with strong Leader on Duty shifts and daily operations.
- Drive KPI results by maximizing guest engagement and sales opportunities.
- Train, motivate and celebrate associates to sustain high performance.
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback and performance recognition.
- Ensure store visuals, merchandising and safety standards are maintained.
