American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team at our Cumberland, MD location. You will lead LOD shifts, drive guest experience, train and motivate associates, and uphold AEO Brand Standards.

You’ll champion KPI growth, manage daily operations, and coach the team through real-time feedback while maintaining store safety and asset protection. Flexible availability is a must to align with guest shopping patterns and store needs.
