• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure great floor operations and service.
• Collaborate with Store Management on associate performance feedback.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans for results.
• Ensure proper associate coverage to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout and omni-channel store processes.
• Monitor customer service quality and coaching opportunities.
• Create schedules with the right staffing at the right times.
• Support product launches, window changes and in-store presentation.
