Job summary

Express Fox River is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates to deliver a superior in-store experience. You will partner with Store Management to optimize sales, training, and standards across daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of retail experience, and proficiency with iPad and POS systems. Availability includes nights and weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Coach and train associates to maximize sales and deliver great customer experiences.
• Provide feedback on associate performance to Store Management.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow (shipment, replenishment, omni-channel).
• Create efficient schedules and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Lead customer experience and product knowledge initiatives.
