Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Roosevelt Field store. You will drive on-floor and stockroom operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences for customers.

Lead in coaching, merchandising, and omni-channel activities while partnering with store management to optimize sales and service. The role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style to elevate the team performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to ensure floor operations and customer service.
• Oversee checkout and manage merchandise flow including replenishment.
• Build effective schedules and ensure proper staffing.
• Deliver consistent in-store experiences and resolve customer issues.
