Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Express store at Columbia Mall to drive sales and store operations. You will coach associates, manage stockroom and floor activities, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and proficiency with iPad and register systems. Availability includes nights and weekends; compensation reflects a competitive hourly range.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results.
• Handle daily store operations and staffing coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor customer service and schedule effectively.
• Lead with the customer experience model and product knowledge.
• Support product launches, signage, and visual presentation standards.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
