Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operator of Express, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our West Towne Mall team. You will drive store sales, oversee floor and stockroom operations, and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will develop schedules, train staff on product knowledge, policies, and procedures, and partner with management to optimize promotions and merchandising. Previous retail leadership and strong communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability for nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficiency with iPad and POS technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and standards execution.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results and daily store operations.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow, including replenishment and omni-channel tasks.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
• Create effective schedules and maintain a great customer experience.
• Lead and model our customer experience standards and product knowledge.
