Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication and organization under changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Able to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience with consultative selling and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties.
• Remain available to support an engaging environment and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks with the GM.
• Peer coach team on behaviors to win and deliver results through role playing and feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
