Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with strong LOD shifts and to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales, coach associates, recruit talent, and maintain store visuals while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

As a people leader, you will train and motivate the team, align with core values, and celebrate performance with real-time feedback and recognition to sustain KPI results.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience leading teams.
• Ability to motivate and coach associates to meet service standards.
• Strong planning, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Proven track record in driving KPI results through store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and develop the team to meet AEO service standards on the floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to keep the store staffed for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection and uphold brand standards.
