Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values and service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures and maintain brand standards.
