Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock LOD shifts, manage daily operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales while embodying our values and authenticity.

As a key LOD, you’ll maximize fitting room and floor productivity, recruit and develop talent, and ensure guest-ready stores with brand standards. You’ll lead through example and uphold safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in store operations.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop associates to meet service standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and train associates to meet AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to staff the store effectively.
• Provide ongoing coaching and set clear goals with real-time feedback.
• Execute visual and operational standards, including shipments and merchandising.
