American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead strong Leader on Duty shifts, manage daily operations, and drive sales while living the company values and being your authentic self.

You will train and celebrate associates, develop talent, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, upholding AEO Brand Standards and on-brand visuals.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for driving sales results.
• Experience leading teams in retail management.
• Ability to train and develop associates and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and inspire the team, hold associates to service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, and adhere to policies and procedures.
