Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks a Sales Manager to lead their store team, drive guest engagement, and exceed targets through coaching, weekly one-on-ones, and strong performance management.

You will recruit and develop supervisors, own the sales floor, manage scheduling, training, and SOP execution, and translate metrics into action while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in direct customer interactive environment; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing levels meet work expectations and optimize coverage for productivity.
• Recruit, lead and develop team members; foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead Supervisors to implement Guest Engagement Model through coaching.
• Own the sales floor and financial outcomes through SOP execution.
• Engage with team and guests to assess and improve execution of Living Spaces model.
• Handle escalated guest situations and provide resolutions.
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance.
• Open and close store operations as needed; manage alarms and security.
• Drive results by focusing on SOPs, retail processes and training.
• Collaborate on training material, facilitate feedback and improve onboarding experience.
