Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store conditions.
• Coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Utilize POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee balloons, events, loyalty programs and customer engagement.
• Promote MCC/Extend protection plans and offerings.
• Drive sales and omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
