Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating EXPRESS, seeks a Retail Sales Leader for the Ontario Mills store. This role focuses on coaching, maximizing sales, and delivering outstanding in-store experiences.

You will develop schedules, coach on product knowledge and promotions, oversee checkout, omni-channel flow, and ensure visual standards are met.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year retail experience, and availability nights/weekends; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $24.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and register systems.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to ensure excellent floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results and daily store operations.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including omni-channel activities.
• Analyze customer service and build optimized schedules.
