PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Leader for our Express store in Walt Whitman. You will coach and motivate sales staff, drive daily results, and ensure robust in-store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You should have 1 year of retail experience, be comfortable with iPad and POS systems, and be available for nights and weekends. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $25.35 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching to store associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and execution of standards.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans that optimize results.
• Execute all aspects of daily store operations.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.
• Assist with merchandise flow, replenishment and omni-channel operations.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
• Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time.
• Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in-store customer experiences.
• Effectively resolves customer service issues to a positive outcome.
• Lead and model our customer experience model.
• Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, loyalty programs.
• Provide leadership with product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by supervisor.
