Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience preferred in retail or customer service.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store associates to maximize sales.
• Provide on‑the‑spot coaching to improve customer service and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to review performance and schedules.
• Train staff on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and merchandising standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective leadership.
• Oversee checkout processes and omni‑channel tasks.
• Support product launches, visual standards, and signage placement.
