Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Years of Experience: 1
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to store associates for service and operations
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
• Execute daily store operations and schedules
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow
• Monitor customer service quality and schedule teams
• Lead and model customer experience standards
• Display knowledge of product, policies, promotions, loyalty programs
• Assist with product launches, window changes, signage placement
