PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express stores across the United States, delivering modern, confident style and a multichannel shopping experience. The Cottonwood store in Albuquerque is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to drive sales performance and coach team members daily.

You will partner with store leadership to optimize floor operations, guest service, inventory flow, and omni-channel fulfillment. Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Years of Experience: 1
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential
• Provide in the moment coaching to store associates to ensure floor operations and customer service
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
• Execute action plans that optimize results
• Execute all aspects of daily store operations
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience
• Oversee checkout experience
• Assist with merchandise flow, including shipments and replenishment
• Monitor and analyze customer service by team members
• Build an effective schedule with the right staffing
• Promote an environment focused on delivering great in-store experiences
• Resolve customer service issues positively
• Lead and model our customer experience standards
• Demonstrate product knowledge and policy adherence
• Provide leadership during product launches and visual merchandising
