Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Nashville Outlets Express location. The role drives on-floor and stockroom operations while coaching associates to deliver outstanding in-store experiences, efficient customer service, and strong sales performance.

You will lead training on product knowledge, policies, and procedures, build schedules, and ensure proper coverage during nights and weekends. This full-time role offers benefits and growth within a dynamic retail network.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physically capable of store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and training for staff on floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage for great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout processes and authorize transactions as needed.
• Assist with merchandise flow, shipments, replenishment, and omni-channel tasks.
• Monitor and improve customer service quality by the team.
