PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Locust Grove Express store. This role drives floor and stockroom operations, trains associates, and delivers a superior in-store shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include coaching teams, managing cash wrap and merchandise flow, and ensuring adherence to policies and brand standards to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans that optimize results and daily store operations.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor and analyze customer service delivered by team members.
• Build schedules with appropriate staffing to ensure great customer experiences.
