Job summary

PHOENIX, operator of Express, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Cottonwood store to drive exceptional customer experiences and sales performance in a busy multichannel retail environment. You will coach and motivate associates, oversee daily operations, ensure product knowledge, execute visual standards, and partner with Store Management to optimize service, stock, and results.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience minimum.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching to store associates for customer service and floor operations.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Ensure proper associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow including omni-channel operations.
• Monitor customer service levels and schedule effectively.
