• Proven experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values and uphold service standards on the salesfloor.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to company policies.
