Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You will drive daily store operations and motivate associates to achieve strong sales results while upholding AE brand standards.

You will train and coach the team, recruit top talent, and ensure consistent execution of visual and service standards to create a Guest First culture on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team at a store level.
• Track record of achieving KPI targets and driving sales.
• Ability to train and develop associates and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead LOD shifts and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales by maximizing productivity on the floor and in the fitting room.
