You will oversee daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results aligned with AEO values. You will lead by example, maintain store standards, and foster a Guest First culture while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates to maintain service standards.
• Focus on driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach team members to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop associates to ensure optimal staffing and performance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and celebrate performance with the team.
• Maintain visual and operational standards including merchandising and stock handling.
