Job summary

Michaels Maple Grove is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and drive strong sales results while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee front-end operations, POS systems, loyalty programs, and omni-channel fulfillment, coaching teams to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems to support smooth transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for timely order fulfillment.
