Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Experience with store operations, customer service and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, with accountability for the team.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for transactions.
• Oversee balloons, birthday party operations, and in-store events.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
