Lead by example to coach the team in selling behaviors, greet and re-engage customers, promote loyalty programs, manage stock, and uphold company policies. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stock merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in both the in store and online shopping experience.
• Leads and supports a customer obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors by Greeting, Re-engaging, Educating, Adding on and Thanking each customer.
• Understanding your role in sales growth and how you contribute and impact store profitability.
• Reads customer cues and responds to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to support basket-building.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, upholding company policies and treating customers and coworkers with respect.
• Leads by example, supports, and enforces store policies.
• Manages MOD duties: opening/closing procedures, team supervision, etc.
• Assists with freight processing, stockroom organization, merchandising directives, pricing and inventory accuracy.
