PHOENIX Retail, LLC is recruiting a Retail Sales Leader for our Auburn Express location. The role focuses on driving on-floor and backroom operations, coaching associates, and delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers.

As part of the Express brand, you will train staff on product knowledge, store policies, and procedures while ensuring effective operations and customer service standards across daily tasks and Omni-channel activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets availability criteria including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow, including omni-channel operations.
• Monitor customer service provided by team members and adjust scheduling.
• Lead and model the customer experience, with product knowledge and signage standards.
