Job summary

Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Hiring immediately.

Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion. Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and driving conversion with total solutions

Qualifications

Flexible schedule based on store needs.
1+ year of experience selling retail products or services.
Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle conflict professionally.
Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
Perform Floor Leader duties to deliver a great customer experience across store areas.
Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes as needed.
Assist with daily merchandising, sales opportunities, and operational tasks with the GM.
