Job summary

Theory is seeking a store leadership professional to drive sales and profitability in a busy retail environment in California. As a Key Holder and Operations Leader, you will work with the Store Manager to create memorable shopping experiences, coach the sales team, and manage stock and inventory while maintaining brand standards.

You will build client relationships, operate the POS system, meet KPI targets, and contribute to a strong, customer-focused team culture across store operations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer skills to operate point of sale system; teamwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the product to support brand goals.
• Develop sales techniques relevant to the market.
• Establish and maintain client-base.
• Leverage company tools, incentives & strategies to meet sales goals.

• Ensure store functions support superior shopping experiences.
• Assist in stock, shipping, receiving protocols and inventory control.
