Job summary

Theory is hiring in San Francisco for a dynamic Key Holder/Business Leader role within our store team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a superior customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager to maximize profitability.

You’ll demonstrate product knowledge, build lasting client relationships, manage stock and floor operations, and contribute innovative ideas to meet business goals. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on leadership and service.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer skills to operate point of sale system; teamwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to support brand goals.
• Develop sales techniques relevant to the market.
• Establish and maintain client-base.
• Maintain store operations, stock, and inventory processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Be a Theory Brand Ambassador on and off the floor.
