Job summary

Theory is seeking a full-time Key Holder to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team, and maintain brand standards across the shop floor.

You will contribute to achieving KPI targets, building client relationships, and leveraging store tools to sustain profitability. Equal opportunity employment is part of Theory’s policy. This is a Store Leadership position within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer skills to operate point of sale system; teamwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to support brand goals.
• Develop sales techniques relevant to the market.
• Establish and maintain client-base.
• Leverage company tools and strategies to meet sales goals.
• Coach team on sales floor providing feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure functions of the store support a superior shopping experience.
