PUMA is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our store team in the United States. You will deliver high-quality customer service, drive sales, and support daily operations.

This role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays, with base pay of $21.00–$24.00 per hour plus bonus and benefits. Join a global sports brand that values equality and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer-service retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information clearly to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store software and processes.
• Basic MS Office skills and familiarity with retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in-store.
• Help store meet or exceed sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning and service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Support payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service quality.
• Manage merchandise flow, inventory, and shrink reduction; ensure proper stock handling.
